COMPANY PROFILE ORIX USA Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation. Originally founded in 1982 as a joint venture between American and Japanese parent companies, ORIX USA has quickly established itself as a market leader in the area of equipment financing nationwide.
