  • Shipping: FOB Tokyo or FOB Los Angeles (depending on location of equipment at time of sale)
  • Payment Terms: Pre Pay unless credit terms are established (a company Financial Statement is required before credit terms can be determined)
  • All new customers must provide the following:
    Bank Reference
    3 Trade References
    Dunn & Bradstreet Number
    Company History
    Tax Exempt # (if applicable)
  • Signed Letter of Assurance is required on all orders.
  • Calibration Certificate included with equipment
  • Data Report available upon request

*Applies to Test & Measurement equipment ONLY.  All Sun, Cisco, DataRam and other workstation-related equipment carries a 15 day inspection period with no additional warranty provided.
